About the Warehouse Staff Position

As a member of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless data collection and packing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate records of daily output and ensure all information is correctly recorded.
  2. Respond to store queries and concerns related to delivered quantities of items, per SKU.
  3. Develop and assign monthly working schedules for collection and packing units.
  4. Investigate delivery concerns raised by stores and resolve them efficiently.
  5. Update and create new store collections on a daily basis.
  6. Monitor and update the status and percentage of new store collections.
  7. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team leaders to achieve common goals.
  8. Perform advanced scheduling of collection per day, ensuring optimal efficiency.
  9. Submit weekly cancellation reports to senior management.
  10. Monitor office supplies usage and issuance, ensuring effective resource management.
