Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Engineering professional to join our team. As a Kitchen Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities.

Your primary responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring that all kitchen machinery is in good working order.

You will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless food preparation and service delivery.

  • Maintain all kitchen equipment in excellent condition.
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks on kitchen machinery.
  • Identify and report any equipment issues or malfunctions to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient food preparation and service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful as a Kitchen Engineer, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Techncial College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in kitchen engineering, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
