Cebu2World Development Inc., a subsidiary of Megawide Corporation, is looking for a proactive and organized Facilities Engineer to oversee the operations and maintenance of assigned company and business facilities. Reporting to the Operations Head, this role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient facility operations in the areas of security, health and safety, and building administration within the C2W premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring compliance with safety, security, and cleanliness standards.

  • Implement and monitor effective security measures to safeguard employees, tenants, visitors, and company assets.

  • Establish and enforce health and safety policies, conduct inspections, and promote wellness and hazard reduction in the workplace.

  • Ensure proper building administration, including enforcement of house rules and effective management of utilities, equipment, and shared facilities.

  • Review and verify construction turnover of facilities to ensure compliance with approved designs, plans, and specifications.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to address facility-related concerns and maintenance needs.

  • Prepare regular reports on facility status, incidents, and operational improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Property Management, or related field.

  • Preferably Electrical or Mechanical Licensed Engineer.

  • At least four (4) years of relevant experience in facility or property management.

  • Experience managing outsourced service providers (e.g., security, maintenance, housekeeping).

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Willing to work onsite at Carbon Market, Brgy. Ermita, Cebu City.
