Global Inventory Management Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a single-source-of-truth across key supply chain nodes, reconciling variances daily
  • Proactively engage stakeholders for ETAs, logistics documentation, and exceptions; escalate delays before they impact operational activity
  • Transform raw data into actionable insights for senior management and the wider operations department
  • Develop and refresh dynamic procurement models to inform strategic decision making
  • Stay ahead of emerging tools and best practices; drive self-upskilling in analytics and supply-chain methodologies
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, with a preference for BSc Economics or equivalent analytical experience
  • 2-4 years professional experience in procurement, supply-chain, or inventory roles supporting high-performance teams
Fundamental Skills:
  • Advanced Excel modelling and data visualisation
  • Professional business communication in English
  • Persistent phone and email follow-up
