Loan Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Loan Specialist to join our team.
- Utilize CRM tools and web-based systems to track loan applications, update statuses, and maintain borrower records
- Review, verify, and process loan application documents submitted through digital channels
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of application data
- Perform audits of loan documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
- Generate and send digital communications to clients regarding loan status updates and required documentation
- Extract and interpret data from loan systems, web analytics, and reports for internal use
- Maintain secure records of client interactions and processed transactions
- Identify areas of improvement in digital loan processing workflows and suggest enhancements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 6 months of home/mortgage loan processing experience in the Australian market
- Experience working with CRM systems such as ApplyOnline or AOL, Simpology, and loan origination platforms
- Strong data entry, documentation, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with loan documentation and compliance standards
