Lead Marketing Executive

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Lead Marketing Executive to spearhead our marketing strategy. As the key driver of our marketing efforts, you will be responsible for managing the full marketing funnel — from acquisition to retention.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for user acquisition and retention.
  • Oversight and management of paid advertising campaigns, affiliate programs, content marketing, and CRM initiatives.
  • Leadership and coordination of remote teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and high performance.
  • Monitoring of KPIs and ROI across all marketing channels and adjustment of strategies accordingly.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in marketing management within the crypto or iGaming industry.
  • Strong leadership and remote team management experience.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, affiliate platforms).
  • Understanding of acquisition funnels, retention strategies, and ROI optimization.
