Product Development Leader

We are seeking a skilled Product Development Leader to drive product development from start to finish.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align product strategy with overall business goals.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Listen to customer feedback and analyze user data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strategize and present product development ideas to stakeholders, proactively updating them on progress.
  • Define product specifications and user stories, working closely with Engineering and Business Teams to ensure clear requirements.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing items based on changing requirements.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Improve the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.
  • Coach and mentor other product leaders and team members to develop their skills.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset
  • Strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks and delivering products on time.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones
  • High proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and psychology
