Dental Revenue Cycle Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced revenue cycle professional to support our credentialing, billing, and accounts receivable processes. This role requires strong technical knowledge of dental billing systems, insurance processes, and claim management.
Key Responsibilities- Complete and process provider applications with accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain provider data in the database and communicate effectively throughout the credentialing process.
- Review all aspects of the revenue cycle process including insurance verification, claims submission, payment posting, and AR follow-up.
- Analyze claim denials, investigate root causes, and communicate effectively with the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dental billing and revenue cycle management.
- Proficiency with dental billing software and dental coding.
- Strong understanding of insurance billing processes and dental insurance plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
