
Revenue Growth Strategist

We are seeking a senior-level professional to lead our Revenue Operations function.
This individual will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic planning, process improvement, and data analysis. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS GTM environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Funnel Tracking: Build integrations and workflows for seamless, end-to-end funnel tracking across Sales and Marketing.
- AI-driven Tools: Identify and implement AI-driven tools to improve forecasting, prospecting, and campaign execution.
- Pipeline Performance: Design and maintain real-time dashboards to track pipeline and revenue performance.
- Scalable Reporting: Develop scalable reporting infrastructure to support sales strategy, marketing attribution, and customer usage analytics.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align systems and strategies.
- Process Automation: Automate key processes to improve efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with expert-level Excel skills and strong knowledge of BI tools. They will also possess advanced data analysis and forecasting capabilities, as well as a passion for automation, process improvement, and scalable systems.
Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS GTM environment
- Proven experience in a senior analyst or lead role with demonstrated team coaching and mentorship
- Hands-on experience managing or leading a CRM migration
- HubSpot and/or Clay experience is a plus
- Expert-level Excel skills and strong knowledge of BI tools (Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Advanced data analysis and forecasting capabilities
- Passionate about automation, process improvement, and scalable systems
