Job Title: U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Specialist
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and deliver training programs for accounting professionals transitioning into U.S. healthcare revenue cycle management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing, coding, claims processing, and financial revenue cycle operations within the U.S. healthcare system.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing RCM training programs, conducting live and virtual training sessions, developing training materials, and utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and RCM software for hands-on training.
Technical Instruction includes teaching insurance claims processing, denials management, payment posting, and AR follow-up, instructing on ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding basics, explaining Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance reimbursement policies, and guiding learners in RCM performance metrics.
Coaching & Certification Preparation involves assisting trainees in preparing for industry certifications, providing ongoing mentorship and career guidance for job placement in revenue cycle roles, conducting mock audits, real-world case studies, and practice claim submissions.
Process Improvement & Compliance ensures training covers HIPAA, compliance laws, fraud prevention, and best practices, staying updated with CMS regulations, payer policy changes, and RCM industry trends, and recommending workflow optimizations for reducing claim denials and improving cash flow.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field.
- At least one industry certification (preferred): CRC, CPB, CHF, CMR, CMRS, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, healthcare finance, or claims processing for the U.S. healthcare system.
- Experience in training, mentoring, or teaching RCM-related topics is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with RCM software, EHR, and practice management systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Kareo, Medisoft).
- Competitive salary: P60,000 - P100,000 depending on experience.
