Accounting Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to play a key role in managing financial activities and ensuring accuracy and integrity of our financial reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform monthly, quarterly and annual close processes including reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Analyze prepayment and accruals to ensure accuracy.
  • Fixed asset accounting, roll forward and reconciliations.
  • Experience with lease accounting.
  • Experience with intercompany transactions.
  • Preparation of payroll journal entries.
  • Calculation of expense allocation across multiple business units and entities.
  • Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Collaboration with external auditors during annual audit process.
  • Participation in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
  • Preparation and analysis of financial statements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and GAAP/IFRS.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required, experience with QuickBooks a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
