Financial Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced financial analyst to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and post day-to-day financial transactions using accounting software.
  • Reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, accounts, and bank statements at the end of each month.
  • Process accounts receivable and payable.
  • Manage monthly payroll using accounting software.
  • Compile, analyze, and report financial data.
  • Create periodic reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
  • Present data to management.
  • Monitor financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Perform audits and resolve discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping software.
  • At least one year of US Payroll experience and remote work as a financial analyst.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Understanding of mathematics and accounting principles.
  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or MYOB.
  • Able to prepare, review, and understand financial statements.
  • Ethical behavior.
  • Attention to detail.
