Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, manage media planning, and lead project management efforts. This full-time role requires analyzing marketing data, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring effective communication of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and develop targeted digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage and optimize media planning across various channels
  • Lead project management efforts to ensure timely delivery and quality results
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive work experience in a similar Digital Marketing Role
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools, with a strong understanding of current trends and best practices.
  • Solid knowledge of CRM databases, web analytics, platforms (e.g. Google Analytics), and Google ads.
  • Highly proficient in social media management across various platforms.
  • Proven background in content writing, with the ability to create engaging and effective digital content.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership abilities with experience guiding and motivating a team.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and the like
