Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that leverage influencers to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost conversions.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.

  • Manage campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables in collaboration with influencers and the marketing team.

  • Ensure quality control by providing creative direction and reviewing influencer content to align with brand identity and campaign messaging.

  • Analyze performance data, generate reports, and optimize future marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with social media, content, and paid marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign integration into broader marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in influencer marketing, with a solid background in broader marketing campaigns.

  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
