Unlocking Customer Insights: A Strategic Content Role

We're looking for a skilled content strategist to craft high-impact content and shape how we communicate complex AI and customer experience concepts to diverse B2B audiences.

The mission matters: We help organizations worldwide refine unstructured customer feedback data with AI, enabling them to understand customer needs, prioritize experiences, and resolve issues in real-time.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Create strategic content (70%): thought leadership articles, how-to guides, competitive analyses, and customer stories that showcase business impact.
  • Transform complex NLP and customer experience concepts into clear, actionable content for executives, brand managers, product managers, and CX professionals.
  • Lead content strategy evolution by building content that aligns with real intent, not keywords. Build logical connections between concepts that matter to our business and target audiences.
  • Create relevant content using advanced AI tools while maintaining authentic voice and strategic positioning.
  • Editorial Excellence & Strategy (30%): guide freelance writers, repurpose long-form content across channels, and collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to ensure content supports business goals and customer journeys.

  • Have proven content expertise with 3+ years of creating B2B SaaS content that executives read and share.
  • Portfolio demonstrating ability to make technical topics accessible without dumbing them down.
  • Experience writing for multiple audiences within the same organization.
  • Track record of creating content that competes for real business topics, not just page ranking and traffic.
  • Master AI-powered content creation with advanced proficiency in Claude, ChatGPT, and emerging AI writing tools.
  • Proven ability to create original, strategic content using AI while maintaining quality and authenticity.
  • Understanding of how AI is changing content creation and SEO.
