Marketing Strategist Job Description

We are seeking a driven and creative Marketing Manager to oversee the entire marketing journey from building brand presence to generating qualified leads for off-plan villa sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for the luxury wellness retreat project, incorporating market research and competitor analysis.
  • Generate qualified leads from international markets using online campaigns to drive sales of off-plan villas, targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Build and grow a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, creating engaging content and interacting with followers.
  • Create a monthly content calendar and transform raw video and photo content into optimized Reels, stories, and posts, showcasing the luxury wellness retreat's unique features.
  • Set up and run paid campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers, utilizing Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
  • Support the launch of a new website showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders, ensuring seamless user experience and conversion.
  • Establish a structured funnel and lead qualification system to filter serious investors, providing regular performance reports and insights.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in real estate marketing with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties, possessing a strong understanding of the luxury and wellness space.
  • Strong background in digital marketing strategy including social media, ads, funnels, and websites, with expertise in key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders.
  • Ability to independently create and manage campaigns generating qualified leads and driving sales, working closely with the founder to shape strategy and drive results.
  • Familiarity with excellent English communication and copywriting skills, as well as a creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
