About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Administrator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook) and at least an intermediate level in MS Excel.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Perform Accounts Payable and Receivable for the Marketing team
  • Entering invoices in the spreadsheet to MYOB company
  • Categorising invoices by department and portfolio auction depending on expenditure
  • Invoice processing
  • Reconciliation
  • Data input/entry per company
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an Accounts Administration role
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Outlook)
  • At least intermediate level in MS Excel
  • Ability to meet deadlines and show high attention to detail
  • Willing to learn, diligent, persistent, resilient and process-driven
  • A strong eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • A motivated team player with a willingness to help others and flexible manner
  • Punctual, reliable and flexible
  • Accountable and takes ownership of tasks and role
  • Experience in MYOB accounting software would be nice to have
  • Experience working for an Australian Real Estate is an advantage
