About the Position
  • This is a mid-senior level position that requires a strong understanding of HR fundamentals and labor laws.
  • The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in HR generalist or HRBP role.

Responsibilities:

  • Support talent acquisition efforts by partnering with the TA team.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR generalist or HRBP role.
  • Strong understanding of HR fundamentals and labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
