Healthcare Account Representative Position

We are seeking an individual to fulfill the role of a skilled CSR Healthcare Account representative.

  • This position involves responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build positive relationships with customers, and possess a strong understanding of healthcare services.

Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience is required. The candidate should also have excellent English communication skills, above average interpersonal and analytical skills, and basic knowledge of MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  2. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Above average interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4-year course graduates with or without work experience.
  • Completed 2 years in college with 6 months work experience (Customer service experience).
