Healthcare Account Representative

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Account Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our healthcare clients.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls efficiently, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch customer service. Your expertise in healthcare accounts will enable you to navigate our AthenaOne EMR system effectively, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of outstanding balances.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize your knowledge of healthcare accounts to navigate the AthenaOne EMR system and resolve client issues.
  • Handle customer accounts in collections, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of outstanding balances.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and account updates in our database.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of AthenaOne EMR software.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling collections accounts and familiarity with collections practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve client issues.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and software, including MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
