Healthcare Account Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership experience in a healthcare BPO or similar setup for 3-5 years
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare operations, DME, claims, and HIPAA
  • Excellent team management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and remote work environments preferred
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 3-5 years in a leadership role within a healthcare BPO or similar environment
  • Experience in U.S. healthcare processes, DME, claims, and authorizations
  • Proven team management, coaching, and escalation resolution skills
  • Familiar with HIPAA compliance and healthcare systems
  • Proficient in CRM, workforce tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Remote/hybrid work experience a plus
