Job Position

The Commercial Development Officer will be responsible for conducting market research, product/service promotion to food and store owners or merchants, and gathering requirements from partnered merchants.

  • Market research and lead generation through remote interactions and in-person pitches
  • Ongoing lead generation activities such as distributing marketing materials and attending trade shows
  • Scheduling pitches with restaurant owners, staff, or managers
  • Maintaining regular contact with restaurant point-of-contact individuals to continue negotiations, secure contract signings, and facilitate a smooth transition to onboarding activities
  • Content onboarding, ensuring that all data and documents collected are complete and aligned with requirements, adhering to established procedures and standards
