Role Summary

We're seeking a skilled content specialist to drive our social media growth by creating engaging ad creatives.

You'll collaborate with internal teams, UGC creators, and performance marketers to fuel a constant flow of innovative content across various platforms.

  • Partner with design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns
  • Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver fresh video content daily
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Built and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance (CTR, CVR, success rates) and iterate quickly
  • Stay ahead of UGC and short-form content trends to keep ads relevant and engaging

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in content management or marketing, with a proven track record of producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies.

Strong project management skills, data-driven approach, and ability to collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams are essential for this role.
