Seeking a seasoned professional to join our property investment advisory team as an Investment Property Sales Consultant. Key responsibilities include conducting structured introductory consultations with warm leads, presenting tailored property investment opportunities, and educating clients about the benefits and risks of property investment.
Job DescriptionThis is a dynamic role that involves guiding qualified clients through every stage of the property investment journey, from the first consultation to education, strategy presentation, onboarding, and final handover. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, property, and backend teams to ensure that each client receives a seamless experience that supports their long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct structured introductory consultations with warm leads to understand client goals, financial position, and readiness to invest.
- Presentation of tailored property investment opportunities and wealth-building strategies using relevant market data.
- Educate clients about the benefits and risks of property investment and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate property recommendations and information.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to progress clients through each stage of the investment journey while delivering excellent service.
- Manage onboarding processes, documentation, and client handover to the operations team once deals are finalized.
- Build trust-based relationships that encourage client referrals and repeat business.
- Stay current on market trends, investment strategies, and competitor offerings to deliver high-value advice.
Proven experience in investment property sales, real estate investment, or property advisory roles with a direct-to-client focus. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to educate and close high-value deals. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to quickly build rapport and establish trust.
- Results-driven with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple client pipelines.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, virtual meeting tools, and other digital platforms.
- Experience selling investment properties to clients based in Australia, the US, or the UK is a plus.
- Understanding of key property investment principles, including capital growth, rental yield, tax benefits, and property market cycles.
- Familiarity with the Australian property market or other high-growth investment regions.
