About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries efficiently, while also promoting our services and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and effective manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic tone.
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate them when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and claims in CRM systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services through ongoing training and development.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual language proficiency (English and one other language).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to type 20+ words per minute.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Basic proficiency in Windows operating systems.
  • Reliable and punctual with strong time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
  • Able to multitask, stay focused, and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support.
  • Experience working on state or federal programs.
