Accounting Leader

We are looking for a tech-savvy accounting leader to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in accounting or finance, with supervisory experience and strong knowledge of GAAP.

Responsibilities
  • Onboard new clients using the template and assign them to the right accountant.
  • Ensure accountants deliver services on time and keep clients satisfied.
  • Help onboard new team members and make them feel supported and ready.
  • Review monthly financial reports for errors before sending them to clients.
  • Monitor client channels to ensure clear communication.
  • Check that accountants meet goals and help balance workloads.
  • Work with other managers to resolve issues before escalating them to senior leaders.
  • Give feedback to senior leaders on systems and suggest improvements.
  • Look for ways to grow client revenue and share ideas with senior leadership.
  • Do regular team evaluations, recommend promotions, and ensure clear, professional communication with clients.
