Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls from healthcare providers to identify their assistance needs promptly
  • Navigate complex computer systems to track issue status and provide timely responses to callers
  • Deliver accurate information and answer questions positively to build trustful relationships with providers and staff
  • Document provider issues and report overall trends to enhance support quality
