Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, generating timely financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

About the Role
  • Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions, reconciling statements, and organizing accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
  • Generate timely financial reports to support month-end and year-end closings in collaboration with senior accountants.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) to manage financial records and generate reports.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a knack for spotting errors and resolving discrepancies.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain orderly financial records and meet deadlines.
