Job Description

As a Medical Claims or Medical Records Specialist, you will drive results by executing timely insurance verifications, managing claims data with precision, and following up with providers and payors to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant documentation throughout the claims lifecycle.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 09:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Work setup: Onsite, Makati or Cebu

The Qualifications We Seek

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of experience in insurance verifications

Skills and Knowledge

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
• Familiarity with insurance verification processes and healthcare terminology

Other Requirements

• Must maintain a professional appearance
• Must report to work regularly and consistently

Your Daily Tasks

• Conduct aggressive follow-ups to collect data from insurance companies
• Perform thorough insurance verifications with a solid understanding of processes and protocols
• Multitask effectively while maintaining high attention to detail
• Enter data accurately with at least 40 WPM typing speed and 90% accuracy
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Navigate and utilize multiple insurance portals efficiently
• Manage multiple assignments and projects with speed and accuracy
• Perform well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Apply knowledge of medical terminology in day-to-day tasks
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Organize tasks and information effectively
• Demonstrate strong self-motivation and direction
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
