Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Coordinating Specialist to join our dynamic team at HRK Consulting Corp. As a Coordinator - Baguio City, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, events, and projects while ensuring seamless communication across departments. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Arrange meeting venues and schedules for various stakeholders involved in a project.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management and other interested parties.
• Coordinate company projects, activities, and meetings, taking minutes as necessary.
• Provide administrative support including data entry, document processing, and report preparation.
• Process personnel-related documents including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant information regarding absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews accordingly.
• Collaborate with recruiters to source candidates and update the database regularly.
• Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Collect and analyze feedback from clients, customers, and project users to gauge satisfaction and success levels.
• Maintain accurate contact lists of collaborators and update their information periodically.
• Perform other duties as required by the company.
