Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to provide administrative support to our management team and staff.

  • Provide administrative support to the management team and staff.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks to support management and ensure effective communication across the organization.

  1. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  2. Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement as needed.
  3. Support HR in maintaining employee records and assisting with recruitment processes.
  4. Process and file invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
  5. Perform data entry and maintain databases accurately.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
