Finance and Admin Assistant

Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to provide administrative support to our management team and staff.
- Provide administrative support to the management team and staff.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks to support management and ensure effective communication across the organization.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement as needed.
- Support HR in maintaining employee records and assisting with recruitment processes.
- Process and file invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Perform data entry and maintain databases accurately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
