About the Role

As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing crucial support to the Team Lead and Sales Officer in achieving their assigned targets for loans and non-lending products. In this role, you will ensure that all internal processes and regulatory requirements are meticulously adhered to, while maintaining excellent working relationships with Area and Branch colleagues.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support Team Lead & Sales Officers in meeting monthly targets, ensuring high-quality portfolio management.
  • Execute applications in accordance with internal process, covering all governance-related aspects, including AML checks and documentation matters.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders to design and implement effective road shows, marketing programs, or product campaigns with key partners to generate sales leads.
  • Pursue individual training and competency activities, participate in engagement and other related initiatives.
  • Engage key stakeholders in a timely manner to update them on new developments and opportunities, or escalate issues in relevant business forums.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
  • Prior sales or branch banking experience is highly advantageous.
