This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of sellers, providing strategic advice and guidance throughout the transaction process, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in M&A, brokerage, or sales. The ideal candidate will have proven experience undertaking business analysis and process improvement, and will be able to build personal relationships over-the-phone and in person.

The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, and will have a strong work ethic. They will also have excellent business communication skills, and will be able to showcase the value proposition of our platform through outreach strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of sellers
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance throughout the transaction process
  • Ensure a seamless client experience
  • Cultivate relationships with the buyside community and manage key strategic stakeholder relationships
  • Assist team members in presenting business proposals and negotiate optimal transaction terms
  • Maintain CRM hygiene using tools such as HubSpot

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience in M&A, brokerage, or sales
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to build personal relationships over-the-phone and in person
  • Results-driven and organized with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent business communication skills
  • Familiarity with marketplace environments, digital asset sales, and small business sales
