The main verticals serviced are in the online digital marketing community with companies offering alternative education programs. Transformative programs and packages are sold, including business consulting, real estate investment, mergers and acquisitions, and more.

Job Responsibilities

We seek a tech stack specialist to support the sales team's growth. Key responsibilities include handling tech stack related tasks, overseeing the tech stack (Hub, CRM, Zapier, etc.), working with the Director of Sales Ops, and collaborating with marketing teams to ensure proper tech setup.

This is a dynamic role for someone who excels at troubleshooting, problem-solving, and learning new things. Experience with Zapier, CRMs, and automations is essential.

Main Duties
  • Assist the Director of Sales Ops with onboarding and setting up new accounts and sales reps.
  • Ensure all new sales reps are set up correctly from a tech stack perspective before going live.
  • Help implement and set up new tech stack, systems, and processes.
  • Create and manage tech integrations using Zapier.
  • Build out automations and workflows in the CRM.
  • Create new reports and dashboards in the CRM.
  • Take ownership of Oncehub activity, managing resource pools, updating rep availability, and keeping links and pathways documents up to date.
  • Resident expert on sales systems and processes, managing rep adherence to CRM process and troubleshooting issues.
