As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our commercial success in Southeast Asia. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to deliver exceptional results in multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to exceed financial targets.
  2. Cultivate strong relationships with local distributors to secure confirmed orders and drive demand.
  3. Lead regular business reviews with distributors to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Negotiate contracts with key customers in the market to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily operations and new product launches.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in business, pharmacy, medicine, science, or biology.
  • At least 12 years of experience in commercial, operations, or general management for pharmaceuticals and consumer healthcare products in a reputable organization.
  • In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and Southeast Asian market trends, sales channels, and key customers.
  • Prior experience managing distributor markets is essential.
  • Knowledge of key business functions, such as market access, marketing, regulatory, and pricing.
