We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Sales Expansion Manager to join our team. As a critical member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by expanding our client base and creating new opportunities in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Opportunity Identification: Proactively research and identify potential business opportunities in the US market through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
  2. Prospect Engagement: Initiate contact with US-based prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce our services and assess their needs.
  3. Candidate Qualification: Evaluate prospects to determine their fit and readiness for our services, ensuring they meet predefined criteria before passing them to the sales team.
  4. Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably with exposure to the US market.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to engage US-based prospects effectively.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Crm Experience: Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement platforms.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
