About the Job

Sun Life Grepa Financial, Inc. seeks an experienced Regional Expansion Manager to lead our expansion efforts in the region.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, recruiting top talent, and building high-performing sales teams.

This role requires excellent leadership skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of sales management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Strategy
  • Develop and execute plans to grow sales revenue and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Agency Leaders and Agents.
  • Conduct regular field visits to assess sales performance and provide coaching and guidance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree (preferably in Business or Marketing course).
  • At least 3-5 years of sales management experience (preferably with experience in Agency sales).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborative and results-driven individual.
