Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to lead critical initiatives and drive financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Summarize complex financial results into clear insights and actionable recommendations, driving informed decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, perform risk analyses, and create executive dashboards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a strong background in financial analysis and planning.
  • Substantial experience in FP&A, with expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to communicate complex financial data effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM, with knowledge of AI-based tools and process automation platforms.
