We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our financial planning team as a Paraplanner. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing comprehensive Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs), conducting product comparisons, and performing strategy modelling in areas such as superannuation, insurance, and pensions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed financial plans: Develop comprehensive SOAs and ROAs that meet compliance requirements.
  • Conduct research and analysis: Conduct product comparisons and strategy modelling for superannuation, insurance, and pension products.
  • Assist senior planners: Work closely with senior financial planners to implement tailored financial strategies for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records: Ensure all financial plans and recommendations comply with regulatory guidelines and maintain accurate client records.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience: In a paraplanning role or similar field.
  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to model financial strategies effectively and conduct thorough research.
  • Proficiency in financial software: Experience with financial planning tools such as Xplan, Midwinter, and AdviserLogic.
  • Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with financial advisers.
