Job Summary

Senior Financial Planning Expertise

We seek an experienced Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our finance team. This role is a 100% remote position and requires working within U.S. Central Time hours.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic decision-making through financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation initiatives.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Lead critical financial reporting and analysis across key business areas.
    • Manage monthly forecasting and annual budget cycles for alignment with business objectives.
  • Business Partnership and Strategic Support:
    • Closely partner with finance leadership to develop and support financial strategies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, HR, IT) to integrate financial insights into broader business strategies.
  • Digital Innovation and Process Optimization:
    • Lead or participate in projects focused on automation, cost savings, and process re-engineering.
    • Drive continuous improvement by adopting AI tools, machine learning-enabled forecasts, and data visualization platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
  • Strong expertise in profit and loss management, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
