HR Generalist Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to oversee all aspects of Human Resources and General Affairs.

About the Job
  • The role requires a well-rounded professional who can establish and manage HR functions from the ground up.
  • You will lead labor relations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and handle recruitment, onboarding, and training for both store and office staff.
  • Additional responsibilities include managing payroll, compensation & benefits, attendance, and overall HR operations.
  • You will also support expatriates with work permits, visas, and government compliance requirements.
  • Analyze data and develop effective solutions to improve HR processes and policies.
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR, preferably with a focus on labor relations and compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of DOLE regulations, government reporting, and handling employee cases.
  • Broad HR generalist background covering recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and training.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Business-level English language proficiency required; Japanese language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
