About Our Agile Coach Role

The Sr. Scrum Master will provide support to our Engineering Teams and help us build high-impact software and features that deliver value to our customers.

About This Position

  • Ensure effective communication among team members.
  • Maintain a collaborative environment where all parties are aware of project progress.
  • Foster open communication with stakeholders.
  • Promote agile values, principles, and practices within the organization.
  • Orient, train, and mentor scrum team members.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint meetings, retrospectives, etc.
  • Aid Product Owners in refining, arranging, and optimizing product backlogs.
  • Identify and remove obstacles hindering team progress.
  • Adjust the team's Agile practices to better facilitate software delivery as needed.
  • Coordinate release planning and deployment activities.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master (or similar role)
    • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Agile Scrum Master Certification preferred.
