Project Manager Role Summary

We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that drive our mental health technology platform. In this role, you'll oversee project scope, resources, and timelines while driving Agile processes, facilitating team collaboration, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define and Refine Project Scope
    • Develop detailed project plans and resource allocation strategies.
    • Ensure proper resource availability and utilization.
  2. Agile Process Management and Team Leadership
    • Plan and sequence project activities.
    • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: kick-offs, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives.
    • Manage Jira boards (sprints, tickets, reports).
  3. Monitoring, Reporting & Metrics
    • Track project performance with Jira metrics (velocity, burn-up/down, sprint reports).
    • Monitor team and individual performance via KPIs and stand-ups.
  4. Leadership & Collaboration
    • Act as mediator between client and team; resolve conflicts.
    • Remove blockers and distractions.
    • Keep the team motivated, focused, and aligned on goals.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management.
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven leadership abilities in resource planning and team allocation.
  • Strategic liaison between clients and developers.
  • Highly analytical skills with a focus on KPI monitoring.
Work Schedule:
  • Part-time | 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT (2 days a week only)
