Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished NetSuite Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of end-to-end NetSuite implementation and optimization projects. As a primary point of contact for clients, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

In this role, you will lead and manage multiple NetSuite projects concurrently, from initiation to closure, overseeing the entire NetSuite implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live. You will facilitate and lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and stakeholder reviews.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project resources, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to the project team (consultants, developers, etc.).
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.
  • Manage change requests and scope variations effectively.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between our team and the client, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and challenges clearly and proactively to clients and internal stakeholders.

You will assess client needs in early stages and recommend solution architecture and resource mix. Collaborate effectively with internal NetSuite consultants, developers, and other team members. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members when appropriate.
