About the role

Are you an experienced Workforce Scheduling Analyst looking for an exciting new opportunity? UNIVERSAL ACCESS and SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS, PHIL. INC. is seeking a Workforce Senior Scheduling Analyst to join our team in Pampanga Central Luzon. This is a full-time role where you will play a key part in optimizing the scheduling and productivity of our workforce.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and maintain innovative workforce scheduling solutions to enhance operational efficiency

  • Analyze workforce data, identify patterns and trends, and make recommendations to improve scheduling

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and implement effective scheduling strategies

  • Monitor and report on scheduling performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

  • Train and provide guidance to scheduling team members to upskill the workforce

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years' experience as a Workforce Scheduling Analyst or similar role

  • Proven track record of developing and optimizing workforce scheduling solutions

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Basic understanding of call center KPIs (AHT, SL, Occupancy, Schedule Adherence)

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets; Power BI is a plus

  • Proficient in using scheduling software and data analysis tools
