Remote Customer Service Representative

As a work-from-home call center representative, your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism. You must resolve customer inquiries and requests efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns in a professional manner.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Prioritize customer feedback and escalate as necessary.
- Identify opportunities for new business development through lead follow-up and research.
- Generate new business by engaging with potential clients and providing tailored solutions.
- Oversee the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients.
- Met activity and revenue targets consistently.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 6 months of call center experience.
- Strong English communication skills.
- A reliable computer, Microsoft Office suite, telephone, and stable internet connection.
- Excellent typing and computer skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt.
