We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to support our organization's payroll operations. This critical role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our global workforce. Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, this position will focus on U.S. payroll operations with significant involvement in Canadian, Australian, and Indian payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process semi-monthly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees within US, Canada and Australia
  • Upload Canada and Australia payroll data input into third party vendor system for processing
  • Process US payroll utilizing Workday
  • Collaborate with global People, Commissions and Accounting teams to ensure all payroll data is received timely to meet strict processing deadlines
  • Coordinate with managers to ensure all hourly timecards are completed, reviewed and approved
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of dedicated U.S. payroll experience
  • Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with Workday for U.S. payroll processing
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
  • Strong analytical capabilities, particularly in understanding and applying tax laws related to payroll
  • A high degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
  • Must be proactive, efficient, and capable of working independently
