We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Professional to join our team as a Cash Transaction Specialist.

  • Process a high volume of over-the-counter transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all dealings with clients.
  • Assist with the scanning and filing of important bank documents, maintaining a secure and organized work environment.
  • Review and verify check transactions and notes received, guaranteeing the integrity of our financial operations.
  • Cross-sell relevant bank products to existing clients, increasing revenue and building strong relationships.
  • Refer clients who have queries or are interested in other bank services, providing exceptional support and guidance.
  • Deliver a superior customer experience to all transacting clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably business-related.
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
