Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the main operational point of contact for customers throughout the lifecycle of a load. You will have a very good understanding of all operational processes and requirements for your customers and be responsible for updating SOPs on a regular basis.

  • You will proactively communicate with customers on the status of their shipments and when issues arise.
  • You will work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure loads are meeting OTP and OTD.
  • You will handle Quote and Book tasks as required by the subset of customers assigned.
  • You will assist with the scheduling / rescheduling of appointments as needed.
  • You will perform scorecard audits - ensure both external and internal metrics are aligned.
  • You will provide customer feedback to our engineering team to continuously improve our core technology to meet the needs of carriers and customers.
  • You will process accessorials in a timely manner.
  • You will assist with fixing RPM/FSC discrepancies for billing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both internal and customer-facing.
  • 9+ months work experience at a US logistics brokerage with shippers.
  • Experience with scheduling tasks a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with Quote & Book tasks a plus, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and showcases proactiveness.
  • Analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Able to quickly assess and resolve issues.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Able to maintain a level head in high-stress situations.
  • High level of autonomy.
  • Curious mindset.
