We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that support strategic decision-making across various verticals.

Job Description
  • Develop and maintain complex Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics.
  • Create and maintain KPI reports using Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and advanced formulas.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
  • Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability.
  • Maintain and update existing reports based on evolving business needs.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI and Excel reporting tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including:
    • KPI dashboards
    • Pivot tables
    • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
    • Conditional formatting
    • Advanced formulas and macros
  • Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is preferred.
